Optional contributions
HKUAA-NY is run by alumni volunteers. Optional contributions help with general chapter operating needs and activities throughout the year, particularly larger programmes such as our summer Dragon Boat participation. There is no required amount and no obligation to contribute. Even $5, $10 or $25 makes us happy, and larger amounts are of course very much appreciated too.

This Venmo account belongs to our Treasurer, Esther Lau, and receives all Chapter contributions. Any amount you are comfortable with — $5, $10, $25 or more. Please add “HKUAA-NY” in the note.

Contributions are received and recorded by the Chapter Treasurer, and the year’s accounts are reported to members at the Annual General Meeting. Other ways to give (such as Zelle) will be added here soon.
Venue and refreshments for chapter gatherings, Dragon Boat team registration and equipment, and the occasional welcome for new graduates arriving in New York. Thank you for keeping the Chapter going.
Prefer to give time rather than money? See Get Involved — event volunteers, committee members and mentors are always welcome.
